It is extreme how much the total silence is influencing me, I really don’t understand how I ever lived in the city, and with nabos… Also to be surrounded with horses, and wildlife, gives it an extra dimension, the feeling of taking a 10 km walk, and never leave my own cadastral, and not passing any strangers along the way, is astonishing. To be able to invite loved ones, and take them for an ATV drive, is pure freedom.

From an OpenSource perspective, I’m still re-packaging the .deb from Das Keyboard, in to my Fedora repo, and along the way I found a deep interest, in data science, I love Pandas and Python, and I try never to touch a spreadsheet program like e.g. Excel, unless it is absolutely necessary.

So what is the biggest challenges, living off grid as a Linux geek, well… Internet, without a static IP, I have to use mobile, but at least it’s fast. Also the challenge with getting up early in the morning, to feed all the animals, before I drive off to work, and the never ending story of getting back home, to the dog, so she don’t have to be alone for to long. I try to work as much as I can from home, and I kind of did that for almost 1,5 years, but in my new position, I really need to show my face every now and then. I vote for the trend of working from home, as much as you can. Most of my operations team is located in China, and are bound to work from home, doing this terrible Coronavirus time, it really put stuff, related to work, in perspective. I believe that everyone would be so much happier working from home, and only as a choice go to the office, every now and then. It needs some getting use to, and some training, but hey take a look at the big perspective, pollution, stress, and living in the city to be able to get to work fast…. all stuff we could be without, if this trend takes it course and open the eyes for the world, that working from home is better for everybody.

I was looking for a new keyboard on Cybermonday, and there I found this beast. It’s a little expensive, but I got a good discount. I sens found that the create of this only provided *.deb paketces, and I was a little offended, nerver or less I went ahead to provide an RPM for Fedora 27 – 29, this would be my first RPM, so it was a little exciting, and very pleasing when I had a working RPM. Please find my repo here: 

$ sudo dnf copr enable appelond/das-keyboard
$ sudo dnf install das-keyboard-q.x86_64

I have asked the OPS over at https://qforum.daskeyboard.com to make my RPM available in there download section, hope they will do so, I would be so proud.

1. First you unmount the filesystem
[root@system ~]# umount /filesystem-to-reduce

2. Then you check the filesystem, in this case ext4
[root@system ~]# fsck.ext4 -f /dev/mapper/lv

3. Instead of calculating on how much you can shave off you ask the system to reduce to minimal size
[root@system ~]# resize4fs -M /dev/vg_blah/lv_blah

4. Mount the filesystem.
[root@system ~]# mount /dev/mapper/lv

5.  Read out the size to do you baseline for reduction
[root@system ~]# df -h /filesystem

6. Readout the size and put 10% on to it
Add 10% to used space

7. Unmount the filesystem to begin your reduction of the fileystem
[root@system ~]# umount /filesystem

8. do the reduction of the lv in this case I add 1% more on top of it (To be safe)
[root@system ~]# lvreduce /dev/mapper/lv -L -[used space + 11%]

9. Resize the filesystem (ext4)
[root@system ~]# resize4fs /dev/vg_blah/lv_blah

10. Mount the fileystem to see the result
[root@system ~]# mount /filesystem-to-reduce

I have become aware of my sensitivity to  emotions around me, and they are extreme strong, when it comes to family.

The good thing about being aware of ones empathic ability’s  is that you have a chance to control them, not like a switch, but being aware of  intruding emotions there is not your own, and relate to them so you can use them, as a part of the possible healing, but also to feel others joy and happiness.

This makes the the feeling of meeting new people so much more interesting. Specially joyful young spirits, filled with positive and sparkling energy. It is like riding a dragon of happiness, there fills you up just by getting a like from one of them via e.g. Facebook where we all share our interest in spirit and spirituality. There is no rules like with strict religious communities, all of us have each our owe way of benefiting from spirituality, this makes the positive energy very strong when we meet in person.

This new found Network, has become my go-to for relaxed inquiry’s for anything  from a beer in town on a Monday, to a spiritual vision, or just a loving huge.  It have opened my mind so very much, and is giving me so much pleasure, just to feel love around you is a gift itself.

The acceptance of who you really are, without any raised eyebrows is the sure way to inner happiness and balance…

I went from a divorced emotionally cold person, living by the serenity prayer, to a little spark there is kindling in to an intense peat fire. I feel so showered in light, that my scars is healing and my mind is growing.

After I started to feel home in my new division, and we finally got the gó gó gó for this new order, I went all in on planing and putting together a schedule for my self and my visits to all the first costumers in a long list, all over Denmark, and somewhere between Monday and yesterday this week, I lost a day or gained one, I haven’t decide yet.

Sense my divorce I have been without a car, and lived with public transport, and in a way I have gotten used to it. Not that I have lost the interest in purchasing a car or renting one on a long base, but for now it is bus. so to reach this costumer in the outskirts of Denmark, but in a known area to my “past life”. I had to rent my first car ever. A new opportunity based on the department I now work with. Just the idea had to be given to me, I never would have taken renting as an option, before.

So sense this first costumer meeting would be on Monday, I thought to my self I would rent an car for the entire weekend, and get around to visit loved ones, but I needed a bed in the city. I went on FB and asked my family and friends in that part of Denmark if they could offer a bed, for the weekend. I quickly got a positive response and the plan was getting ready to unfold.

With work getting more and more intense from Tuesday, sense I had been home with Alexander, there had a fever on Monday. I had to move fast, and get the car reserved, and start to putting this new adventure together in my head.

I skipped an event yesterday, to feel even more prepared and worked in to the night so I would feel even more prepared for the costumer challenge ahead , that I went home believing so much it was Thursday.  I packed my suet-case, and throw leftovers out, and went to work, the next day, wearing my blazer and running with my suitcase.

When the clock was turning 2 pm I was doing my time sheets, and somehow missing 4 hours yesterday, where I knew I had worked in to the night, I got suspicious to what was going on.

I here realized that today was Thursday and not Friday, not believing it at first I went through the phases of, What the H.. Oh shit what happened yesterday, to realizing that I had made a totally day fuck-up.

So instead of covering it up (not my nature) I went open with it, and that made my new colleagues have a laugh. I got a little scared of my self and it really got to me, in a bad way. But that is the reality of being single and alone.

I have to start taking a little better care of my self and my freedom.

So here I’am in my favor pub writing this post, just to get the events in words and start working with it my self.

So What have I been up to lately…

I found a new place where I feel happy and welcome, and where I can relax and play with the natural human gifts of psychic abilities we all have though the very important place of our brains called the creative fantasy. Only just getting started but I have been  confirmed by so many wonderful persons already. – Thanks –

The Place I’m talking about is called “Lysets hus” or in English “The House of light”. It is a spiritual house located in the hart of Aarhus and have existed for 100 years this coming week. I don’t see it as a religions place, but more as a power house of light and confirmation of the afterlife. I really hope to frequent it as often I can, for lectures, and training of my mind.

I have moved to a new department, after 14 years with Internal IT, and found so many wonderful new people and assignment there utilize my GNU/Linux and Red Hat skills in a more intense way, then before, I even get to to some Architectural work now and then. The department is working with a lot of Oracle products, but all there services like weblogic and 11g database etc. runs on top of Red Hat systems, and that is where I get in to the picture. We mostly focus on the Central Government supply’s so it is some heavy duty costumers we are handling, and I love every part of it.

The Company I begin in back in 1999 was called WM-data BFC, and then it became Logica CMG, and now it is called CGI, it is a every growing company now with 71.000 employ’s spreed over 40 countries and 400 locations, so we are one of the big boys now. I cant help being a little proud of it…

I also started reading books, a thing I never would have believed if you asked med 2 years ago, but I have been reading several books on the Qabalah, and on psychic abilities in it’s many ways, but lately have been reading Bear Grylls The Autobiography named Mud, Sweat, and Tears and it is a most life confirming story there makes me feel lucky for each chapter I get to. imagine breaking your back in 3 places and then find the will to clime Mount Everest, not to forget the 21st SAS training he accomplished. I have to say I would follow that man in to battle without thinking for a second. I recommend reading his book.

I also found a “new” TV series there have enchanted me like Star Trek did, and it is of cause Dr. Who. I got a simple recommendation to take a look  from a friend on G+ and off I went, and now I’m in to episode 10 of season 5.  with the 2005 release.

From the new life as a divorced weekend dad, I can say that I’m still struggling a little to find my place, and my way to grab a life without being a full-time dad, and also the life without a car, but I’m going at it with all my powers and will and learning as I go, up’s and down’s all the time, the challenges is to find the balance between the 2 emotions, a thing I will have to live with for many years to come.  But I will never give up because I’m Alexanders dad and I always will be, and I know he love me.

So why the Frank Sinatra title and the snow well that is because last night I got an intense eager to listen to old Blue eye’s wonderful talent, and it somehow makes me very happy and jolly, and the snow, well that is because Denmark is completely   covered in snow.

I have been playing around with all kind of new stuff, all from GNU/Linux related things to the studding of the Qabalah and reading the Tarot. I even have use them all together, to enlighten me on hard subjects and what to do.

To know who you really are and to be able to use it is the only tool you need for make miracles, and get you over all energy going.

But how do you find a big tool like that, it is not all physical it is not all mental it is not given to you and you need to look to find it. You might not find it all at once, but a knife is not sharp before it is sanded the first time.

I haven’t found it all and I’m not sure I’ll before I take my last breath, and move in to spirit and even then it’s all a process of learning, to find the materials and form them as you go. You might even need to adjust what you already made, but all is for a purpose of what you need.

I want to thank all my followers on Google+ and all the wounder full persons around me for reading and commenting and  having an opinion about what they read. after all that is the true engine of friendship, it is to have something  together to like, talk discuss and be passion about.
